Using our strategic executive search capabilities we targeted top-tier C-Level talent, focusing on proven cloud leadership across Big 4 and similar. Using our Industry Partnerships: and leveraging key industry relationships, we tapped into networks to identify cloud leaders aligning with Nordcloud's objectives. Following a comprehensive evaluation this ensured candidates aligned with Nordcloud's growth objectives and had the strategic vision for Cloud CoE leadership. We met the 3 finalists through inperson meetings to determine cultural fit for ensuring synergy with Nordcloud's Vision for a CoE

The Requirement

Recruiting Cloud System Engineers for Avanade's Sweden operations, pivotal in crafting and optimizing cloud solutions. Skilled in DevOps and MS infrastructure.

The Process

As always we started with a deep dive consultation with Avanade to grasp project specifics and technical requirements. We then kicked off a Targeted Talent Search: Leveraged our network for targeted talent searches, identifying Cloud System Engineers aligned with Avanade's cloud goals. Once we identified 3 highly skilled candidates we set up Technical Proficiency Assessments which included a technical test and 2 rounds of competency-based mock interviews. This ensured that the candidates met Avanades expectation for knowledge in in cloud architecture and system integration.

Hybrid Cloud Architects (German)

The Requirement

We were tasked with doubling the size of IBMs Hybrid cloud division by Source top-tier Hybrid Cloud Architects from competitors, instrumental in shaping and implementing advanced hybrid cloud solutions.

The Process

Emerge Tech started off by conducting extensive alignment meetings with hiring managers and talent acquisitions teams at IBM to understand project specifics and technical requirements. We then went to market using discrete head hunting methods to identify architects from competitors who were aligned with IBM's hybrid cloud vision. Once a shortlist was build we conducted an intense round of Technical tests, mock interviews and cross checked all references from previous employers. Psychometric and cultural fit Fit Interviews ensued which emphasised both technical prowess and alignment with IBM's collaborative culture.

Our focus was on recruiting Cloud Security Consultant for their flagship office in Frankfurt, pivotal for ensuring the robustness of NTT Data's Cloud security infrastructure in Germany

The Process

We ran a Client Needs Assessment meeting where we Analyzed NTT Data's requirements, aligning our strategy with their project goals in Germany. We then conducted a targeted Talent Search leveraging our networks across Germany and Austria to identify Security Engineer System Engineers with proven expertise in PenTesting. We then conducted a 3-stage technical Proficiency Evaluation with an online Technical assessment which ensured candidates met NTT Data's high standards in both security and system engineering. Lastly we conduct a cultural Fit Interview which ensured cultural alignment with NTT Data's values.
